Service Description

Executive suite feature 12 ft. open beam ceilings showing off the 130 year old restored wood ceilings. All have windows and glass in the doors however for those that want more privacy, we can frost the glass which allows in light but provides additional privacy.  The largest east offices has multiple windows that allow in the outside natural light.  All lights are on motion sensors so you don need to worry about forgetting to turn off the lights but also are dimmable with on/off switches Large enough for several desks and client chairs, or add a couch, recliner or table and chairs to really make it your own.  appx 200 to 250 square feet and is lockable with your personal code and/or fingerprint. - Executive desk and chair - Client chairs - WiFi and Hard wire internet - Kitchen access - 24/7 Access to building - Access to Conference rooms on a first come first serve basis in non-scheduled times - Dedicated Office - 4 hours of scheduled conference room time  - Covered parking pass  - Dedicated Mail Box  - About 200 to 250 Sf/office ​ $1,500 / month       * with dedicated monthly or longer agreement


Cancellation Policy

You must cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled time. Canceling within 48 hours of scheduled time will result in no refund. If you need to reschedule you may do so prior to 24 hours of scheduled time with no penaty.
