Service Description
For those that need more space than the small office offers or you need to meet with clients in your own office space, we have up to 5 medium offices available for rent. All lights are on motion sensors so you don't need to worry about forgetting to turn off the lights but also are dimmable with on/off switches. The Medium office is a total of appx 120 square feet and is lockable with your personal code or fingerprint*. - Executive desk and chair - 2 Client chairs - Secure coded access to your office - WiFi and Hard wire internet - Kitchen access - About 110 Sf - Mail Delivery * - Dedicated Mail box * - Covered parking pass * - 4 hours Conference room time * One (1) Medium office available for shared space. Schedule your space in advance for the best times $20/hour (2 hour minumum) $85/day $340/week (7 Days) Three (3) Medium offices available for dedicated space, which allows for your own no shared secure space. No more to transporting all your stuff back and forth to The Office. Includes 4 hours of scheduled conference room credit. Other conference room time available for addtional charge or can use on first come basis without charge if nothing is scheduled, $799/month
Cancellation Policy
You must cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled time. Canceling within 48 hours of scheduled time will result in no refund. If you need to reschedule you may do so prior to 24 hours of scheduled time with no penaty.
